Here are the ingredients. |
Combine melted butter, sugar and vanilla. Add eggs one at a time and mix with spoon until golden yellow. |

Ingredients:
1-1/2 sticks melted butter
1-1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
3 eggs
Pinch of salt
3/4 cup of flour
1/2 cup of sifted Hershey's Cocoa
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Heat oven to 325º if using 8" square glass Pyrex baking dish; otherwise 350º if using metal pan. Grease dish/pan with cooking spray.
- Combine melted butter, sugar and vanilla in bowl and mix well. Add eggs one at a time and beat with spoon until golden yellow.
- Combine flour, Hershey's cocoa, baking powder and salt. Gradually add to the egg mixture until well blended.
- Fold in chocolate chips and blend.
- Spread batter evenly into prepared dish.
- Bake 40 minutes (depending on your oven) or until the brownies begin to pull away from side of dish/pan.
- Cool the brownies completely on wire rack.
- Cut into 9 squares for larger brownies.
- Sprinkle powdered sugar on top is desired. Enjoy!
GG's tip: For easier cutting, use a plastic serrated knife. Your brownies will cut evenly without sticking.
