Painting with chalk paint is easy and fun...it paints over just about anything. I bought the glass jar in the photo below at the Dollar Tree and the chalk paint at Home Depot https://www.homedepot.com/p/Americana-8-oz-Everlasting-Chalky-Finish-HDADC01-95/206372086 I gave the jar a couple of coats of paint, let it dry and then lightly sanded it to give it that vintage look. I love the way it looks with these faded blue/green/pink hydrangeas that I cut from my garden. My next project will be painting some antique furniture with Annie Sloan chalk paint https://www.anniesloan.com/ Can't wait to start!
